Alumni Association Database


Any USNA alumnus (grads and non-grads) can access, see note at end on widows.


Looking Up Information


  1. Go to
  2. Under  "Online Community" on the home page click on "Alumni Lookup"
  3. If you have a user name and ID established with the database/alumni association:
  4. Fill in that information and hit enter note:  if originally setting up ID and password and you checked the box labeled "Remember My Log In" you will not be asked for your user name and password.  instead you will be taken  directly to the info request sheet under "Alumni Lookup".
  5. When "Alumni Lookup" opens type in as much information as you know about that person, then hit "Search". For example, if you have the person's last name, first name, and class, type in that information and click on "Search".
  6. Last name, first name, and class will appear click on last name and the entire of the data in the data base on that person will appear note:  if the class is not known; all living alumni with that last name will appear.
  7. If you do not have a user name and ID established:


  • Click on "New User Sign Up"
  • Type in first name, last name, e-mail address
  • Select a user id (generally your last name) and a password (minimum 6 characters)
  • Confirm the password
  • Check the "Remember Login" box if you do not wish to enter your id and password each time you need to access something requiring them
  • Click on "Submit". Note:  it takes up to 24 hours for your registration request to be processed.
  • When you receive confirmation log in and proceed as above. 


Updating Your Profile


  1. Go to the Alumni Association and Foundation website at and LOG IN to your account.  If you do not have an account then click on “New user registration” on the Log in Page.  If you are not sure if you have an account or not, please send an email to:  PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SET UP A SECOND ACCOUNT.  
  2. If you have an account, but do not remember your password, click on “Forgotten password”.  If you do not receive a password reset within 24 hours, please send an email to  PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SET UP A SECOND ACCOUNT.  
  3. Once logged in, click on the round circle with the outline of a person in it in the top right-hand area of the page, then click “MY PROFILE”.   Your contact information will open.  Scroll down to see your information.  To edit, simply click in the box of information that needs editing to make changes.  Once you’ve made changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and hit “UPDATE PROFILE”.

Currently, widows cannot access the Alumni Directory at for either classmates or other widows.

Contact information for classmates and most widows is in the printed 2016 class directory. The secretary will mail a copy to classmates and widows on request.

For updates to the printed directory for individuals, contact the company rep or the secretary, and for lists of names, contact the secretary.
